Qualifications

• Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery is required.
• Ability to produce high-volume meals to a high standard.
• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen or events setting is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and produce world class meals tailored to guest needs.
• Drive quality, consistency, taste and presentation in your section.
• Support kitchen operations across events and service periods.
• Contribute to a culture of respect, teamwork, accountability and continuous learning.
• Assist sections to deliver the Nyaal Banyul customer experience to exceed guest expectations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene and HACCP requirements.
• Assist with food production and support team members as needed.
