Job summary

National Pharmacies is seeking a casual Pharmacy Assistant for our Aldinga store to greet customers, provide care, and drive positive service experiences. You’ll support merchandising, promotions, and daily operations while coordinating with the pharmacist as needed.

This role emphasizes flexibility, great communication, and teamwork, with on-the-floor interactions and customer-first service as core priorities.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work casual shifts, including weekends and afternoons.
• Pharmacy or retail experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and multitasking in busy environments.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly face that enhances customer visits.
• Assist growth of member community and engagement targets.
• Keep the retail floor stocked, tidy and ready to impress.
• Spot opportunities to boost sales with great advice and merchandising.
• Follow medicine protocols and refer to the pharmacist when needed.
• Set up eye-catching promotions and campaigns.
• Handle POS transactions accurately.
• Bring positive energy and pitch in as part of a close-knit team.
