Job summary

Palm Lake Care Mt Warren Park is seeking compassionate Personal Care Assistants to join our team on a casual basis. You will provide daily living support to residents, focusing on comfort, dignity and wellbeing, with guidance from a Registered Nurse.

This role offers flexible shifts, work-life balance, ongoing training, and access to a supportive, inclusive community across Palm Lake Group's aged care facilities along Australia's east coast.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent required.
• Current National Police Check (within last 3 months).
• Experience in Australian aged care preferred.
• Commitment to resident dignity and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care, hygiene, and mobility.
• Support residents’ emotional and social needs.
• Maintain accurate care documentation.
• Collaborate with the clinical and lifestyle teams to enhance resident experiences.
• Work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.
