Palm Lake Care Mt Warren Park is seeking compassionate Personal Care Assistants to join our team on a Casual basis. You can work from a few shifts a week up to five shifts weekly, supporting residents with daily living and wellbeing.

Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, you’ll assist with personal care, mobility and emotional support, contributing to a respectful, inclusive care environment for our residents and their families.

Competenze

• Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent.
• Current National Police Check within last 3 months.
• Caring and respectful approach to residents.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Empathy for elderly residents and families.
• Knowledge of Autumn Care is desirable.
• Experience in Australian aged care is highly regarded.

Palm Lake Care Mt Warren Park is seeking compassionate Personal Care Assistants to join our team on a Casualbasis. You can work from just a few shifts a week up to 5 shifts a week and have work-life balance.

Shifts Available

Monday - Friday

06.00am - 2.00pm

As aPersonal Care Assistant, you’ll provide daily living support to residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and wellbeing. Working under the guidance of aRegistered Nurse, you will:

• Assist residents with personal care, hygiene, and mobility
• Support residents’ emotional and social needs
• Collaborate with the clinical and lifestyle teams to enhance resident experiences

What We’re Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you will need:

• Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support Essential (or equivalent)
• A current National Police Check (within last 3 months)
• A caring and respectful approach towards residents
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Empathy with elderly residents and their families
• Knowledge of Autumn Care would be highly regarded although not essential
• Experience working in an Australian Aged Care Facility highly regarded
