- Experience as a Pastry Chef in a restaurant, hotel or high-quality kitchen.
- Strong pastry, baking and dessert preparation skills.
- Creativity, precision and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and plate desserts, pastries and sweet items to a high standard.
- Work with traditional Italian flavours and modern techniques.
- Support day-to-day operation of the pastry section.
- Contribute ideas for seasonal desserts and menu development.
- Maintain mise en place, presentation and consistency.
- Monitor stock, prep needs and quality control.
- Maintain a clean, safe working environment and collaborate with the brigade.
