Best & Less in Mt Isa is seeking Part-Time and Casual Team Members to join our busy store. This role suits a customer-focused individual who can work Thursday evenings and weekends, helping create a welcoming shopping experience.

As part of the Mt Isa team, you will be supported by colleagues who value teamwork, a down-to-earth approach, and pride in our products. You’ll spend your shifts on the floor assisting customers, restocking and keeping the store looking its best.

As an integral member of the Mt Isa 'Bestie' team, you will be supported by a team who are genuinely interested in your success, have a 'down to earth' approach, are passionate about our product and genuinely enjoy working together!

What you'll be doing

• Creating a passionate and unique shopping experience for our customers,
• Together with your team create the 'Bestie' culture in store. Bringing it to life through an environment of fun and team work.
• Drive for results, exceeding sales and profit for the store.
• Ensuring the sales floor is fully merchandised and replenished.
• Creative VM presentation of the store from door to floor.
