Job summary

Sass Clothing in Melbourne is seeking a Casual / Part-Time Ecommerce Assistant to support daily customer service and ecommerce tasks across our fashion websites.

You will respond to DMs, manage emails, upload imagery and content, and assist with promotions and product launches, while coordinating charitable clothing packs for Betty Cares.

This role suits a digitally confident, organised communicator who loves fashion and is eager to learn across online platforms.

Qualifications

• You’re a clear, friendly and confident communicator.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Organised and able to manage tasks independently.
• Comfortable learning new digital platforms and using social media.
• Interest in fashion, ecommerce and digital marketing.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, fashion or ecommerce is an advantage.
