Job summary

YMCA NSW is seeking a passionate casual OSHC Educator to support children at our Macquarie Fields service and across NSW locations. You will design and run engaging activities, ensuring safety and wellbeing, while collaborating with coordinators and a large educator network.

This role offers flexible hours, potential permanent opportunities, and a pathway for skill development within the YMCA NSW education network.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising and engaging with primary school aged children.
• Ability to follow safeguarding priorities and policies.
• Availability for Before School, After School and Vacation Care hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide fun, engaging activities for primary school children.
• Help design a calendar of inclusive program activities.
• Report to OSHC Coordinators and work with over 200 educators across NSW.
• Follow development pathways to learn new skills and advance your career.
