Bethany Lutheran Outside School Hours Care in Raceview, Queensland, is seeking a passionate Qualified Educator to supervise and engage children before and after school and during vacation care. Qualifikationen

• Certificate III or Diploma in Children’s Services (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
• Understanding of the National Quality Standards and Frameworks.
• Current Blue Card.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.
• Experience working in OSHC or a similar childcare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Completed Child Protection Training (Section 162A).
• Genuine passion for working with children.
• Experience with Food Handling (desired but not essential).

Located at Bethany Lutheran Primary School in Raceview, Bethany OSHC provides before and after school care and vacation care programs. We foster a safe and stimulating environment, offering activities that inspire exploration, creativity, and social connection. Guided by the My Time Our Place: Framework for OSHC, our programs align with the National Quality Framework to support children’s wellbeing and development.

🎯 About the Role

As a Qualified Educator, you will:

Supervise and actively engage children in a variety of indoor and outdoor activities

Collaborate with your team to deliver high-quality care and programs

✅ About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Certificate III or Diploma in Children’s Services (or ACECQA approved equivalent)

Understanding of the National Quality Standards and Frameworks
