Job summary

Featherdale Sydney Wildlife Park is seeking casual Park Operations Team Members to welcome guests, manage admissions and ticketing, and support retail and food & beverage services. The role involves maintaining clean guest areas and adhering to cash handling, food safety, WHS, and incident reporting procedures.

Successful candidates should be friendly, confident, reliable and able to work a flexible roster including weekends and school holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, tourism, hospitality, or visitor attractions is advantageous.

Description

Featherdale Sydney Wildlife Park is looking for casual Park Operations Team Members to join the team. Located in Doonside, Western Sydney, the park is home to an iconic collection of Australian native wildlife.

The Park Operations team is at the heart of the guest experience. You'll welcome visitors, answer questions, help the day run smoothly and ensure every guest receives friendly, attentive service from the moment they arrive.

About the role

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, confident customer service throughout the park
• Operate admissions, ticketing, membership, retail and food & beverage points of sale
• Prepare, serve and restock food and beverage items and support retail presentation
• Keep guest areas, counters, dining spaces and displays clean, tidy and well presented
• Follow cash handling, food safety, work health and safety and incident reporting procedures
