Bishop Tyrrell Anglican College is seeking an OOSH Educator to join the Newcastle Anglican Schools Corporation team. Casual positions available with morning and afternoon shifts including vacation care; you will build positive relationships with children and families and support the educational program.

The role works under the direction of the OOSH Coordinator/Educational Leader to deliver a high-quality program, assist with smooth running of the service, and ensure compliance with regulations

Competenze

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent) is essential.
• First Aid qualification for education and care settings is required.
• ACECQA approved Anaphylaxis and emergency asthma management training is required.
• Valid Working with Children Check is required.
• Accredited Child Protection Training is required.
• Be willing to accept the role of Nominated Supervisor under relevant laws.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, educators, staff and management to deliver best outcomes for families and children.
• Contribute to the educational program under the direction of the OOSH Coordinator/Educational Leader to provide a high-quality program for all children.
• Assist with the smooth running of the OOSH service in line with regulations, policies and procedures under the direction of the OOSH Coordinator/Nominated Supervisor.
