Peninsula Pathways Occupational Therapy – Frankston VIC is seeking a casual Occupational Therapist for home and community visits across the Mornington Peninsula. You will build a caseload around your experience, from children to older adults, including NDIS and Home Care Package clients, with telehealth assessments Australia-wide.

This is a casual role with no annual leave; you will have flexible hours (15–20 hours/week to start) and support for professional development, travel between clients,

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
• Minimum 3 years of OT experience.
• Current driver's licence and your own car.
• Current National Police Check.
• Working with Children Check if paediatric work is involved.
• Confident in independent community work with clear reporting.

Responsabilités

• Ongoing capacity-building therapy for NDIS participants.
• OT assessments and reviews for Home Care Package clients.
• Assistive technology trials and prescription.
• Home modification recommendations.
• Progress notes and progress reports.
• Other assessments and reports as needed.

$100 PER HOUR + SUPER | Casual | Flexible hours | Frankston to Portsea

THE SNAPSHOT

• Pay: $100 per hour casual rate, plus superannuation
• Hours: flexible, around 15 to 20 hours per week to start, more or less to suit you
• Location: home and community visits, Frankston to Portsea (Mornington Peninsula, VIC)
• Start: January 2027, or sooner for the right candidate
• Interviews: November and December 2026
• Reporting to: Louise Davis, Senior Occupational Therapist

Peninsula Pathways Occupational Therapy is a small, community-based OT practice based in Dromana. We provide NDIS and Home Care Package occupational therapy across the Mornington Peninsula, with home visits from Frankston to Portsea and telehealth Functional Capacity Assessments Australia-wide.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is primarily a therapy role, seeing clients in their homes and community. You will build a caseload around your experience and interests, from children and young people through to adults and older people. Work may include:

• Ongoing capacity-building therapy for NDIS participants
• OT assessments and reviews for Home Care Package clients
• Assistive technology trials and prescription
• Home modification recommendations
• Progress notes and progress reports
• Other assessments and reports, as suits your skills and interests

WHAT WE OFFER

ABOUT YOU

Essential

• Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
• Current driver's licence and your own reliable, registered and insured car
• Current National Police Check
• Working with Children Check, if seeing paediatric clients
• Confident working independently in the community, with sound clinical reasoning and clear report writing

Highly regarded

• NDIS and/or Home Care Package experience
• Experience with assistive technology and home modifications
• Community-based paediatric or adult experience
