This is the perfect opportunity for someone who excels at customer service and loves being the welcoming face and voice of a clinic.

As a crucial part of our vet and nurse team, your time will be split between supporting our clinical team and assisting our clients:

• Consulting & Clinical Support: Assist our veterinarians and connect with our wonderful client community during consulting hours. Tasks include handling patient admissions, discharges, and basic triaging under supervision.
• Reception & Client Services: Manage the front desk with a strong customer service focus. You will welcome clients, manage appointment bookings, answer phone inquiries, and ensure a smooth, warm experience for our patients and their families.

What We’re Looking For

• Holds an Animal Care Certificate (Level II or III).
• Entry-level position! Less than 1 year of experience required. We are happy to support and train the right person.
• Strong communication and phone skills, a natural comfort talking to clients, and a genuine customer service focus.
• Comfortable working in a bustling small animal practice environment with a focus on preventative care.
