Pathfinders is seeking casual Mentoring & Family Support Workers to join the NPSS team across Armidale, Inverell and Tamworth. This role involves providing practical and relationship-based supports to young people, including mentoring, transport and supervised Family Time visits.

Responsibilities

• Mentoring young people to develop skills, confidence and independence within their interests.
• Provide safe and reliable transport to access services, activities and appointments.
• Support Young People to maintain and strengthen family connections through supervised Family Time visits.
