Job summary

The Fresh Collective is seeking a casual Manual Van Driver for its Logistics Team in Redfern. You will play a key role delivering and loading gear for high-profile events across Sydney, with a focus on safety and on-time arrivals.

Ideal candidates have a full manual Australian license, courier or driving background, and a customer-first, team-focused attitude. Shifts are rotating across 7 days, with training provided and overtime available.

Qualifications

• Full manual Australian license is required.
• Experience in courier or driving roles is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Pack and load glassware, containers, linen, food and equipment with care.
• Drive a courier van and 3T Pantech Truck to event locations across Sydney for deliveries and pickups.
• Coordinate with logistics team on bump-ins and bump-outs for large events.
• Ensure timely and safe delivery and return of items.

About The Role

The Fresh Collective is seeking a self-motivated and friendly Driver to join our dynamic Logistics Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a growing hospitality group, providing logistical support for high-quality events across Sydney.

• 30 hours per week with flexible shifts, including rotating shifts across 7 days (Monday to Saturday, with occasional Sundays as needed).

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack and load glassware, containers, linen, food, and kitchen equipment with care.
• Drive a courier van and 3T Pantech Truck to various locations across Sydney for event deliveries and pickups.
• Work closely with the logistics team on bump-ins and bump-outs for large events.
• Ensure that all items are delivered safely and on time, and returned to the correct locations.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A full manual driver's license, valid in Australia.
• Previous courier or driver experience, with a strong understanding of Sydney's CBD and surrounding areas, including the location of loading docks.
• A hard-working, reliable attitude with a focus on teamwork and a customer-first mindset.
• Availability to work Monday to Saturday, with a flexible schedule and the ability to work on rotating shifts across the week.
