Job summary

Crown Melbourne is seeking experienced Lighting Technicians to join Crown Live Theatre on a casual basis. You will operate lighting systems, handle console operations and support installations for theatre productions and live events.

Reporting to the Production & Technical Manager, you will maintain equipment, troubleshoot issues and collaborate with venue teams to ensure safe, high-quality lighting across performances.

Qualifications

• Experience in theatrical lighting, live entertainment or major events.
• Knowledge of lighting control systems including GrandMA3, GrandMA2 and ETC IOS.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and organisational skills.
• Ability to interpret lighting plots, technical drawings and show requirements.
• Flexible approach and availability to work across performances, events and productions.

Casual Opportunities The Role

We're seeking experienced and passionate Lighting Technicians to join our Crown Live Theatre team on a casual basis.
