About The Role

The Horsham Branch Library is a key frontline service in the community for local residents, visitors, tourists and workers. The Casual Library Officer is appointed to undertake a range of duties of a relief basis based in the Horsham Branch Library but may be required to work at other Wimmera Libraries branches. Duties will include undertaking administrative and customer service tasks efficiently and effectively to provide high-quality library services and programs to library patrons and members of the public.

About You

The successful applicant/s will have customer service experience in a public library and/or experience in a service industry would be advantageous. Knowledge and/or skills gained through on-the-job training commensurate with requirements of customer service industry work.
