Formación

• Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support or equivalent is required.
• Experience in home care or aged care is preferred.
• A caring, respectful, client-focused approach is essential.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are important.

Responsabilidades

• Provide person-centred in-home care tailored to each client’s goals.
• Assist with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming).
• Support daily living tasks (meal prep, light cleaning, shopping).
• Accompany clients to appointments and community activities.
• Encourage independence, confidence and social connection.
• Work with Care Partners and families to deliver consistent care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
