Job summary

Care Live Smile is seeking Home Support Workers for casual shifts across Western Sydney, including Blacktown and surrounding areas. You will assist elderly and disabled clients at home with personal care, domestic tasks, meals, and transport to activities.

Candidates must have First Aid, a valid police check or NDIS screening, and be fully vaccinated. Availability on most days and willingness to travel are required; a Cert III/IV in relevant fields is preferred.

Qualifications

• First Aid certification as listed (HLTAID003/011/004/012).
• NDIS Worker Screening ID or AU National Police Check.
• COVID-19 vaccination plus booster.
• Availability on most days and ability to start ASAP.
• Willingness to work casual shifts and travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Support the elderly and clients with disabilities at home.
• Personal care such as showering, dressing, toileting, and transfer assistance.
• Domestic assistance including cleaning and general housework.
• Meal preparation and cooking for the client.
• Transport/social support, including driving to appointments and activities.

Education

Cert III/IV in Aged Care, Disability, Individual Support or Nursing

First Aid (HLTAID003, HLTAID011, HLTAID004, HLTAID012)

NDIS Worker Screening ID or AU National Police Check

COVID-19 vaccinated with booster
