Hampshire Property Group is seeking a Casual Grounds & Maintenance Officer for Moss Vale Holiday Park. The role focuses on keeping grounds, facilities and accommodation safe, well-presented and welcoming for guests.
Weekend availability is required, with hours varying by park needs. Reporting to the Park Manager, you’ll work outdoors, handle general maintenance tasks, and contribute to park improvement projects while ensuring a high standard of presentation for a relaxing guest experience in the
Competenze
- Prior grounds, property or maintenance experience preferred.
- Confidence in using grounds maintenance equipment and power tools.
- Practical, hands-on approach and ability to do basic repairs.
Mansioni
- General grounds, garden and property maintenance.
- Mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, and outdoor area upkeep.
- Repairs and minor maintenance across accommodation, amenities and facilities.
- Operate and maintain grounds equipment and power tools.
- Assist with preventative maintenance and park improvement projects.
- Respond to maintenance requests and identify issues needing attention.
- Support upkeep and presentation of guest accommodation and park facilities.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and well-presented park environment.
