Job summary

Central Health Alliance in Williamtown NSW is seeking a motivated Registered Nurse to join our team on a casual basis. You will be involved in hands-on clinical care, acute assessments, patient procedures, triage, care planning and coordination to support our doctors. Experience in general practice nursing or at least 12 months in a hospital setting is preferred.

BLS/CPR required within 3 months. The roster runs 7:30am–6:30pm Mon–Fri with Saturday 7:30am–2pm; Sundays and public holidays are not

Qualifications

• Current experience/knowledge of general practice nursing or 12 months hospital exposure.
• BLS/CPR required or must be obtained within 3 months of commencement.
• Flexible, versatile nursing support with ability to train and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on clinical care, acute assessments, and daily procedures.
• Patient triage, assessments, care plans and coordination with doctors.
• Documentation, paperwork, stores/stock and general nursing support tasks.
