Job summary

Hoot Ventures Pty Ltd (Milkman Grooming Co.) – Coolum QLD is seeking a Casual Factory Product Line Worker to support manufacturing and packaging operations on the Sunshine Coast. This hands-on role focuses on following SOPs, maintaining hygiene, and helping the team hit daily production goals.

Ideal candidates have experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or food prep, with a keen eye for detail, good communication, and a reliable, can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and reliability.
• Strong communication and teamwork in a manual, process-driven environment.
• Willingness to learn and follow GMP and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in production and packaging following SOPs and GMPs.
• Keep workspace clean, organized, and hygienic.
• Collaborate to meet daily production goals and safety procedures.
• Boxing, labelling and packaging products.
