Job summary

ICC Sydney is seeking a motivated UTS Bachelor of Management graduate with an events major to join its Events Graduate Program. You will participate in the full events lifecycle—from winning bids to delivering extraordinary experiences—and rotate through three key departments over two years.

You will gain hands-on exposure to Business Development, Event Planning, and Event Delivery Operations, with a final stint in Live Events to experience concerts and live entertainment.

Qualifications

• Eligible UTS Bachelor of Management student with an events major.
• Passion for events and hospitality industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Immaculate grooming and presentation.
• Enthusiastic and motivated to learn and get involved in all areas of our operations.
• Valid working rights in Australia.
• You must be 18 years or over.

Responsibilities

• Engage in the full events lifecycle—from bid to delivery of events.
• Rotate through three departments: Business Development (Sales), Event Planning and Event Delivery Operations.
• Join Live Events for exposure to planning and delivery of concerts and live entertainment.
