R&L Magical Moments Pty Ltd is seeking casual event crew to join our Sydney team. You will assist with photo booths, indoor fireworks, and floral styling for weddings and events across Sydney.

The role combines hands-on setup with friendly guest service and requires reliable, punctual team members who can work weekends and travel between venues. Training will be provided at our Sydney locations, and you will support setup, operation, and pack-down while maintaining high standards of safety and

• Loading, unloading, moving and packing equipment and props.

We're looking for reliable, enthusiastic casual team members to assist with photo booths, indoor fireworks and floral styling. This role combines hands-on event setup with friendly, professional guest service.

What you'll be doing

Setting up, operating and packing down photo booths.

Welcoming guests, explaining how to use the photo booth and helping everyone enjoy the experience.

Assisting with the setup, activation and pack-down of indoor fireworks equipment, subject to appropriate training, authorisation and safety requirements.

Setting up and packing down floral arrangements, styling items and event décor.

Loading, unloading, moving and carefully packing equipment and props.

Following event schedules and coordinating with our team and venue staff.

Keeping work areas tidy and reporting equipment issues promptly.

Able to work efficiently, safely and with attention to detail, especially when setup times are tight.

Comfortable with practical work involving lifting, carrying, bending and extended periods of standing.

Confident learning to use event equipment and following instructions.

Well presented, with a positive attitude and respect for clients, guests, venues and equipment.

Availability and travel

Weekend availability is essential, including evenings and late-night pack-downs.

Shift times and locations vary depending on event bookings.

You must be able to travel reliably to different venues across Sydney.

A current driver's licence and access to reliable transport are preferred.

Previous experience in events, hospitality, customer service, photo booths or styling is advantageous. We also welcome applicants with transferable skills and a willingness to learn.

Training provided

Training will be provided either at our Wetherill Park warehouse or onsite at event venues, depending on availability.
