Doutta Galla Aged Services in Victoria is seeking Enrolled Nurses to join our clinical care team on a casual basis, delivering person-centred care that enhances residents' wellbeing and dignity. You will administer medications within your scope, observe residents, and collaborate with Registered Nurses, care staff, allied health professionals and families to promote independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Current Enrolled Nurse (Div 2) registration with AHPRA (with no restrictions).
• Experience working in an aged care environment.
• A passion for aged care and making a difference to the lives of older people.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Understanding of the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and support in line with individual care plans.
• Administer medications safely and accurately within scope of practice.
• Observe and document residents' health, behaviour, and responses to care.
• Work collaboratively with Registered Nurses, care staff, allied health professionals, and families.
• Build positive, respectful relationships with residents that promote trust and comfort.
• Support daily living activities while promoting independence and choice.
