Job summary

Precious Cargo Marion is seeking an Educator to join a community-centred centre that values growth and wellbeing. You’ll participate in mentoring, in-house and online training, and opportunities for further qualifications while receiving strong leadership support.

Availability for early morning to evening shifts, a Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care, WWCC, and EYLF knowledge are required; the centre promotes inclusion, safety, and collaboration, with staff discounts and wellbeing

Qualifications

• Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
• WWCC with First Aid, Child Protection, Red Nose, and Food Safety training (or willingness to obtain).
• Knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
• Availability for shifts between 6:30 am – 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
• Passion for early childhood education with ability to communicate effectively and build trusted relationships with children, families and team.
• Commitment to professional growth and collaboration within a diverse, dedicated team.

What do you need to be successful?

• Availability for shifts between 6:30 am – 6:30pm, Monday through to Friday.
• Minimum of a Cert III in Early ChildhoodEducation and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
• A valid WWCC, with First Aid, ChildProtection, Red Nose, and Food Safety training (or willingness to obtain).
• A working knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) including the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
• A genuine passion for early childhoodeducation, with the ability to communicate effectively and build trusted relationships with children, families, and your team.
