Job summary

Busy Bees Beenleigh is seeking a casual Educator to support safe, nurturing early learning environments. You will help implement play-based activities, supervise routines and build strong relationships with children and families.

Ideal applicants hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or be working towards it), with current First Aid/CPR and a Queensland Working with Children Check. Flexible shifts from 6:30am to 6:30pm on weekdays are required.

• Willingness to obtain and maintain required certifications if needed.

We’re seeking a passionate and adaptable Casual Educator to support our team at Busy Bees at Beenleigh, on a casual basis. You will play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children feel supported and inspired to learn.

What you’ll do

• Supporting the implementation of engaging play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• Assisting in providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children
• Building positive relationships with children, families, and team members
• Supporting daily routines, activities, and supervision of children
• Contributing to maintaining high standards aligned with the National Quality Standards (NQS)

What you’ll bring

• A genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, always doing the right thing, and alignment with Busy Bees values
• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
• Current - Working with Children Check for QLD.
• Experience working as an Educator within Australia is highly regarded
• Flexibility to work across shifts between 6:30am and 6:30pm, Monday to Friday
