Job summary

Junior Adventures Group is seeking an OSHC Casual Educator to work mainly at Gardeners Road OSHClub in Rosebery, Sydney, building strong relationships with families, children, and the team while supporting nearby services when needed.

Shifts run Monday to Friday before/after school, with extra hours in school holidays. Minimum availability is 3 afternoons per week, offering flexible split shifts and development opportunities within a growing organisation.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children.
• Team player with aspirations to grow and learn in the role.
• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover).
• State Working-with-Children Check.
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko).

Responsibilities

• Build ongoing relationships with families and children, your team, and the wider school community.
• Support the OSHC program across the region when additional support is needed.
• Stay flexible with weekly shifts: before/after school, with 3 afternoon availabilty minimum, and holiday hours as needed.
