Job summary

Busy Bees Fraser Coast is seeking a dedicated Casual Educator to support learning experiences in a nurturing environment. The role focuses on safe, inclusive care, strong child-teacher relationships, and structured play-based activities that align with the EYLF.

Applicants should have a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or be working towards it), current First Aid/CPR, and a Working with Children Check for QLD. Casual shifts run 6:30am–6:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Support engagement with play-based learning aligned to EYLF.
• Help maintain a safe, inclusive environment for all children.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and team members.
• Assist with daily routines, activities and supervision of children.
• Contribute to maintaining high standards aligned with NQS.
