Job summary

Busy Bees at Fraser Coast is seeking a passionate Educator (Full-Time) to support delivery of high-quality education and care. You’ll help create a nurturing environment where children thrive, aligned with EYLF, in a Busy Bees centre on the Fraser Coast.

The role requires a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, current First Aid/CPR, and a valid Working with Children Check (QLD). Competitive hourly rate and strong professional development are offered.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Current Working with Children Check for QLD.
• Experience working as an Educator within Australia is highly regarded.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team approach.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the implementation of engaging play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYLF.
• Assisting in providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children.
• Building positive relationships with children, families, and team members.
• Supporting daily routines, activities, and supervision of children.
• Contributing to maintaining high standards aligned with the NQS.
