Job summary

Busy Bees Global is seeking a passionate and adaptable Casual Educator to support Busy Bees at Redlynch, Cairns, on a casual basis. You will help deliver engaging play-based learning experiences, align with the EYLF, and support safe, inclusive routines for children.

Ideal candidates hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or are working towards it), current First Aid and WWCC for QLD, and are flexible to work across shifts from 6:30am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards).
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Current Working with Children Check for QLD.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of engaging play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYLF.
• Assist in providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members.
• Support daily routines, activities, and supervision of children.
• Contribute to maintaining high standards aligned with the NQS.
