Thrive is seeking a dedicated Casual Educator to join our team in Mount Druitt, Blacktown and St Marys in New South Wales. This casual temporary role supports the Room Leader and focuses on fostering a positive learning environment for young children.

You will plan activities, observe progress, and ensure safety and compliance with early childhood regulations, while collaborating with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as an educator in early childhood.
• Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of child development and early learning frameworks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification is preferred.
