Catholic Early EdCare in Brisbane is seeking enthusiastic casual Educators to support before school, after school and vacation care for up to 150 children. Roles are up to 15 hours per week with a flexible roster and a 25% casual loading.

Located at St Pius Catholic Primary School, the service welcomes both qualified and unqualified educators. Training is provided, and this casual role offers flexible hours and valuable experience in a caring, learning-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Blue Card (WWCC) current in Queensland.
• Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services or ACECQA approved equivalent – desirable but not essential.
• Willingness to complete mandatory National Child Training (Geckko 1-2 & 3-4) prior to commencement.
• Passion for education and care of school-aged children in a play-based environment.
• Effective workplace communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide warm, nurturing care for children across before school, after school and vacation care.
• Create a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for all.
• Design and lead fun, inclusive recreational and educational experiences.
• Maintain positive working relationships with all team members.
• Work collaboratively within an established team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
• Join exciting excursions and special events during vacation care.
• Contribute to delivering a high-quality OSHC service.
