Job summary

Busy Bees at Glenroy Station in Glenroy, VIC is hiring a Casual Educator. You will support play-based learning, help maintain a safe, welcoming environment, and assist with daily routines for children aged 0-5.

You will build strong relationships with children, families, and fellow team members in a busy centre. Ideal candidates hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards), with current First Aid/CPR and VIC WWCC.

Qualifications

• Commitment to child safety and Busy Bees values.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• WWCC for VIC and working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of play-based learning aligned with EYLF.
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment.
• Assist with daily routines and supervision of children.
• Foster positive relationships with children, families and staff.
