Job summary

Goodstart Gaven in Queensland seeks a Casual Educator to support our centres and children with flexible shifts. You’ll work across early learning environments, contributing to the learning program and daily activities while prioritising safety and inclusivity.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Children’s Services or equivalent.
• Willingness to work across casual shifts from 6:30am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Actively contributing to the education program in the room and centre team.
• Engaging and supervising the children at all times.
• Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members.
• Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families.
• Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures.
• Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.
