Job summary

Busy Bees Global is seeking a Casual Educator to join Busy Bees at Narre Warren South on a casual basis. You’ll support safe, nurturing learning experiences for children, aligning with EYLF and NQS standards.

The role offers flexible shifts within a busy education centre, contributing to high-quality early learning. Ideal candidates bring a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood, current First Aid/CPR, and WWCC/WWVP, with a willingness to obtain any missing certifications.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards).
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Current WWVP/WWCC for [QLD, VIC, NSW, SA, WA].
• Experience as an Educator in Australia is highly regarded.
• Flexibility to work across shifts 6:30am–6:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of engaging play-based learning aligned with EYLF.
• Provide a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment for all children.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and team members.
• Support daily routines, activities and supervision of children.
• Contribute to maintaining high standards aligned with NQS.
