Busy Bees Colac is seeking a casual Educator to support a safe, nurturing learning environment for children. You will implement play-based experiences aligned with EYLF and engage families to foster trust and learning.

Ideally you hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, are willing to obtain First Aid/ CPR, and hold a VIC Working with Children Check. Flexible across shifts from 6:30am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• A genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, always doing the right thing, and alignment with Busy Bees values.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Current Working with Children Check for VIC.
• Experience working as an Educator within Australia is highly regarded.
• Flexibility to work across shifts between 6:30am and 6:30pm, Monday to Friday.

• Supporting the implementation of engaging play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• Assisting in providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children
• Building positive relationships with children, families, and team members
• Supporting daily routines, activities, and supervision of children
• Contributing to maintaining high standards aligned with the National Quality Standards (NQS)
