Job summary

Busy Bees Donvale is seeking a passionate and adaptable Casual Educator to support our team in creating a safe, nurturing and engaging learning environment for children.

You will work across shifts 6:30am to 6:30pm on a casual basis. Requirements include Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards), current First Aid/CPR, and WWVP for VIC, with experience in Australia highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards).
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• WWVP / Working with Children Check for VIC.
• Experience as an Educator in Australia is highly regarded.
• Flexibility to work across shifts 6:30am–6:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of engaging play-based learning experiences aligned with EYLF.
• Assist in providing a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment for all children.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and team members.
• Support daily routines, activities and supervision of children.
• Contribute to maintaining high standards aligned with NQS.
