Job summary

Busy Bees Salt Ash is seeking a casual Educator to support a safe, nurturing environment for children at Busy Bees Salt Ash, NSW. You’ll help deliver play-based learning and daily routines, contributing to a high-quality learning experience in our purpose-built centre.

The role requires a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards), current First Aid/CPR, and NSW Working with Children Check, with flexibility across shifts from 6:30am to 6:30pm.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards).
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Current Working with Children Check for NSW.
• Experience as an Educator in Australia is highly regarded.
• Flexibility to work across shifts 6:30am–6:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of engaging play-based learning experiences aligned with EYLF.
• Assist in providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members.
• Support daily routines, activities, and supervision of children.
• Contribute to maintaining high standards aligned with the National Quality Standards (NQS).
