Job summary

Busy Bees Australia Employer Pty Ltd is seeking a passionate Casual Educator for Busy Bees at Beenleigh. You will support play-based learning, nurture children's development, and help maintain high safety and quality standards across daily activities.

The role requires flexibility to work across shifts 6:30am–6:30pm, Monday to Friday, with opportunities to grow within a global early learning provider known for supportive teams and child-safe practices.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards).
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Current Working with Children Check for QLD.
• Experience working as an Educator within Australia is highly regarded.
• Flexibility to work across shifts between 6:30am and 6:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the implementation of engaging play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYLF.
• Assisting in providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children.
• Building positive relationships with children, families, and team members.
• Supporting daily routines, activities, and supervision of children.
• Contributing to maintaining high standards aligned with the NQS.
