Job summary

Busy Bees at Salt Ash, NSW is seeking a Casual Educator to support play-based learning aligned with EYLF in a safe, inclusive environment. You will build strong relationships with children and families while contributing to high standards under NQS.

Applicants should have a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or be working towards), current First Aid/CPR, NSW WWCC, and flexibility to cover shifts 6:30am–6:30pm on weekdays.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards).
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Current Working with Children Check for NSW.
• Experience working as an Educator within Australia is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of engaging play-based learning experiences aligned with EYLF.
• Assist in providing a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment for all children.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and team members.
• Contribute to maintaining high standards aligned with the National Quality Standards (NQS).
