Busy Bees at Diggers Rest is seeking a passionate Casual Educator to support our team in delivering EYLF-aligned play-based learning in a safe, nurturing environment. You will build strong relationships with children, families and staff while supporting daily routines and high-quality practice.

The role offers casual shifts across 6:30am–6:30pm, Monday to Friday, with competitive hourly rates and access to Busy Bees training and benefits.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards).
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Current Working with Children Check for VIC.
• Experience working as an Educator within Australia is highly regarded.

Responsabilités

• Supporting the implementation of engaging play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYLF.
• Assisting in providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children.
• Building positive relationships with children, families, and team members.
• Supporting daily routines, activities, and supervision of children.
• Contributing to maintaining high standards aligned with the National Quality Standards (NQS).
