Tradewind Australia is seeking passionate Casual Early Childhood Educators, Teachers and Assistants to join our pool across Melbourne/Victoria. Work when you want, with optional OSHC shifts for afterschool clubs and holiday programs.

Must hold ECE qualification or VIT-registered status and be ready to contribute to quality early learning. Casual roles across multiple centres in Bunyip, Drouin, Warragul, Baxter, Carrum Downs and Somerville offer flexible hours, competitive pay rates above award,

Qualifications

• Fully completed Early Childhood Qualification in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA equivalent).
• Valid Working with Children Check (WWC).
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain).
• Current Do Food Safely Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
• Current Mandatory Reporting for Early Childhood (or willingness to obtain).
• National Child Safety Foundation Training (Geccko).
• Previous experience working in a childcare setting is essential.

About the Role:

Tradewind Australia is recruiting for Casual Early Childhood Teachers, Educators and Assistant Educators for a number of Early Learning Centres across the following areas: Bunyip, Drouin, Warragul, Baxter, Carrum Downs, Somerville. If you are a qualified Early Childhood Educator, holding a VIT registration (ECE) or completed Cert III or Diploma in Early childhood Education we'd love to hear from you! As a Casual Early Childhood Educator with Tradewind you will play a pivotal role in providing top-notch care and education to young people. This role is all about flexibility, giving you the chance to work on your own terms while still making a real difference in the lives of children and building relationships with a variety of centres. We value our educators and provide ongoing support to ensure you're set up for success. We also offer a competitive pay rate with flexible work opportunities, giving you the opportunity to work with a diverse group of children, staff, and families across various childcare centres and OSHC (Out of School Hours Care) provisions.
