Guardian Childcare & Education is growing its casual educator team across NSW, and we’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable educators who love creating meaningful experiences for children.

Qualifications

• Hold or be actively studying towards an ACECQA‑approved Certificate III, Diploma or Early Childhood Teaching qualification.
• Hold a current NSW Working with Children Check.
• Complete Child Safe Training through Geccko.
• Be available for a minimum of two days per week between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm.
• Be willing and able to travel between Guardian centres within your selected area.

Responsibilities

• Create meaningful experiences for children through play and discovery.
• Support and engage with children, families and fellow educators.
• Contribute to inclusive, welcoming learning spaces across centres.
