Job summary

Guardian Manly is looking for passionate, reliable Casual Educators to join our Manly centre. You’ll enjoy flexible shifts, work across rooms and ages, and build relationships with families in a supportive team environment.

Ideal candidates are studying or qualified in Early Childhood, hold NSW WWCC, and have completed Geccko Child Safe Training. Two days per week availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Hold or be actively studying towards an ACECQA-approved Certificate III, Diploma or Early Childhood Teaching qualification.
• Hold a current NSW WWCC.
• Have completed Geccko Child Safe Training.

Responsibilities

• Support children’s learning and development through play, creativity and meaningful experiences.
• Build genuine relationships with children, families and fellow educators.
• Work across different rooms and age groups within the centre.
• Be part of a supportive and collaborative team environment.
• Continue building confidence and experience in Early Childhood Education.

Essential Requirements

Please only apply if you meet all of the following requirements:

• Hold, or be actively studying towards, an ACECQA-approved Certificate III, Diploma or Early Childhood Teaching qualification.
• Hold a current NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC).
• Have completed the required Geccko Child Safe Training.
• Be available for a minimum of two days per week between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm.
• Be able to reliably travel to Guardian Manly for your shifts.
• Be reliable, adaptable and confident working as part of a team.
• Have a genuine passion for supporting children’s learning, development and wellbeing.
