Job summary

Guardian Childcare & Education is seeking casual Educators for Guardian Manly to support children's learning through play and meaningful experiences.

You will join a welcoming team and have the flexibility to choose shifts that fit your availability, including mornings and afternoons across multiple rooms and age groups.

Ideal candidates are passionate, reliable and eager to develop professionally within a supportive centre that values inclusivity and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Hold, or be actively studying towards, an ACECQA-approved Certificate III, Diploma or Early Childhood Teaching qualification.
• Hold a current NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC).
• Have completed Geccko Child Safe Training.

Guardian Childcare & Education is looking for passionate, reliable and enthusiastic Casual Educators to join our Manly centre.

As a Casual Educator at Guardian Manly, you’ll become part of a welcoming and supportive team while enjoying the flexibility to choose shifts that work around your lifestyle. Whether you're currently studying towards an Early Childhood qualification or already have experience in the sector, we’d love to hear from you.

Essential Requirements

Please only apply if you meet all of the following requirements:

• Hold, or be actively studying towards, an ACECQA-approved Certificate III, Diploma or Early Childhood Teaching qualification.
• Hold a current NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC).
• Have completed the required Geccko Child Safe Training.
• Be available for a minimum of two days per week between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm.
• Be able to reliably travel to Guardian Manly for your shifts.
• Be reliable, adaptable and confident working as part of a team.
• Have a genuine passion for supporting children’s learning, development and wellbeing.
