Job summary

One Dream Community Pty is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to join our team on a casual basis in South Windsor, NSW, providing dedicated domestic assistance to clients. The role starts with a regular weekly shift of 4 hours (two 2-hour blocks) and offers opportunities to grow as service needs expand.

We welcome individuals with the right attitude; essential requirements include an NDIS Worker Screening Check, a valid Driver's Licence (preferred), current CPR and First Aid, and relevant

Qualifications

• NDIS Worker Screening Check required.
• Valid Driver's Licence preferred.
• Current CPR and First Aid.
• Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-standard domestic assistance to help clients maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.
• Assist with light house cleaning, bedrooms, kitchen dishes, vacuum and mopping and laundry.
• Ensure respectful, person-centered care that promotes the client's independence and wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate any changes in the client's needs to the management team.
