Job summary

People Solutions is seeking a Casual Disability Support Worker to assist a client with an ABI who is non-verbal in the Seymour VIC area. The role involves 6–12 hours per week both at home and in the community, with a focus on quality, compassionate care and teamwork.

Applicants must have 2+ years of disability support experience, relevant qualifications, and a current driving licence with access to a reliable car. Screening checks, vaccinations, and compliance documentation are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of disability support experience.
• Experience with clients who have an ABI and are non-verbal.
• Current and up-to-date screening checks and vaccination status.
• Full driving licence and access to a reliable car.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, National Police Check, CPR & First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community support for 6–12 hours per week.
• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care in line with the client’s needs.
• Maintain documentation and evidence of compliance and ongoing training.
