Y Ballarat is seeking Casual Diploma Educators (or those studying toward the qualification) to join our vibrant team and help create inspiring learning experiences for young children in Victoria. You’ll support play-based learning and build strong relationships with children and families.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or currently studying toward it.
• Current Working With Children's Check, First Aid, CPR, and Asthma/Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain).
• Demonstrated commitment to supporting children's development and ongoing learning.

• Support play-based learning programs that nurture each child’s growth and development
• Build warm, respectful relationships with children, families, and fellow educators
• Create safe, inclusive environments where every child feels seen, supported, and inspired
• Work collaboratively with your team to deliver exceptional education and care
