Job summary

Y Ballarat is seeking Casual Certificate III Educators (or those studying toward the qualification) to join our friendly team in the Ballarat area. You will contribute to play-based learning, foster strong relationships with children and families, and help create inclusive, safe learning environments.

The role supports ongoing learning and offers mentoring, with flexible work options and a pathway across Victoria’s YMCA services.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively studying toward it).
• Current Working With Children's Check, First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Great teamwork, communication, and reliability.

We’re now looking for Casual Certificate III Educators — or someone who’s currently studying toward their qualification — to join our vibrant team and help create inspiring learning experiences for young children.
